I would say no. It looks like Lemuriophoenix instead.

If you ordered Orania ravaka, why did you get Lemuriophoenix?
Isn't it a trouble if the seller change the species without telling you?
For me, your story shows the issue we can have in theses cases trusting the seller.

I have ordered several times malagasy Orania seeds to RPS (O. ravaka and O. longisquama in 2012, and again O. ravaka in 2015), but finally, all of them turned out to be what is very probably Lemurophoenix!

It must be very disappointing!

How come a seller like RPS most of us (palm amateurs) consider as an expert is replacing one species by an other without telling his client?

Who is able to check seeds of Orania compared with seeds of Lemuriophoenix if theses experts don't tell ?

Damn it, I ordered a Rolls Royce and they sent me  Bentley.

Not to dismiss your disappointment about not getting what you ordered, but it was not a bad substitute. And the seed was viable. Sometimes things simply work out for the better, its a killer palm regardless and looks very happy.  :greenthumb:
