Common Name or Meaning The Lycopodium-Like Oberonia [A fern Ally Plant]

Flower Size .05" [1.8mm]

Found in Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Borneo, Java, Malaysia, Moluccas, the Philippines, and Sumatra in semi-open lowland areas at elevations of sealevel to 150 meters as a small sized, hot growing epiphyte with a pendant stem enveloped completely by small, flattened, imbricating, conduplicate, oblique, blunt apically leaves that blooms in the fall on a terminal, sessile, to 3.4" [8.5 cm] long, densely many flowered inflorescence

In Malacca, a state within Penninsular Malayasia, the whole plant is crushed and used as a poulstice for the treatment of boils.

CAUTION The first 2 photo by van Vugt match most descriptions of the species and are correct, the second 2 photos are possibly correct.
