Description

Recently found in the Peloponnese by Prof Arne Strid, author of the two-volume "Atlas of the Aegean Flora". A. Strid wrote: The finding place is east of the village of Achladea, at an altitude of 400 m, where it grows in abandoned fields and olive groves in openings of Pinus halepensis forests. A. Strid first thought it was a separate taxon, but later decided that it is probably a colour form of Muscari commutatum. It is a late-flowering Muscari with a very unusual colour, a combination of white and green.
