Plants are awesome! In addition to performing QC on the SDSU Herbarium's 22,000 specimen collection, I also served as Determiner (otherwise known as the person who confirms a plant's id). Below is a photo of a specimen of Mimulus cardinalis from 1952 that I validated. #sdsu #plants #scienceeducation
