Bouteloua gracilis is a perennial grass in the Poaceae family. A native to North America from Canada to the northern Mexican plateau. It accounts for most of the prairie grass in the southern Great Plains. It is a low-growing, drought-tolerant perennial with little maintenance. It grows to around a foot tall, and the roots spread out a foot in either direction. On the top of each stem are usually 2 spikes that droop away from the stem. A good grass for livestock as well. It can grow in most soils and will prefer full sun. Zones 3-10

Germination

Sow seeds 1/4" deep and lightly cover with a medium. Keep moist in a bright spot. Do not cover with plastic but maintain a temperature around 65-75F. Germination 7-30 days.

I ended not buying the seed. I did not realized it’s seeds and I am not experienced in growing a tree from seeds. After talking with the seller he cancelled the order. Good customer service and honest. I recommend the seller.
