I am extremely disappointed in the product and the service that I received. The description for the orchid that I ordered indicates in all capital letters that the orchid is in "FULL BUD" and very fragrant. However, the orchid that I received has dead, dried-up blooms with no fragrance. When I requested a refund, the seller said that the plant will likely grow more blooms later. She issued a refund for 1/3 of the cost. There are plenty of other orchids without buds for sale on Etsy, but I specifically chose one that would be blooming. In addition, the plant has only a couple of leaves and looks unhealthy. This is misleading advertising and not acceptable to me.

We are sorry that you are disappointed with your orchid. Since it was not in bud as promised we attempted to work this out with you and discounted the healthy plant with a partial refund. The Dendrobium Ahpyllum is a deciduous orchid that sheds its leaves once it comes to the end of its blooming cycle. New growth will start to sprout in preparation for next spring. As with this type of orchid and other deciduous plants, we sent a care sheet about what to expect and how to take care of it. You received a very healthy plant.
