If you are choosing something from our shop as a gift, just let us know! We will print your message and add colored tissue paper to the order. We’ve had many people use us for gift giving.

The size of your plant you receive, may, or may not, match the size of the plant pictured. We do our best, but we are always propagating to keep customer favorites in the shop. Your plant will be a healthy, established starter plant.

Yes, we do. We use insulated packing materials and heatpacks. It is important that you accept your package at the door so that it does not sit out in the cold at all. We realize this can be difficult with work schedules, so please keep in mind when you order. If you make the request, we can have your package held at your post office for pickup. We check weather on our end and yours to determine the need for a 40 or 72 Hour heatpack. This does increase our cost and the weight of your package, therefore our shipping prices go up for winter and early spring shipping. We apologize for that, but know that our customers understand the need for the increase and we can’t absorb the additional cost. We like to keep our plant prices reasonable.

No. We have never had a positive outcome shipping internationally. We will only ship to US addresses.

Yes. You will automatically be charged a nominal amount for each additional item after the first item. This should happen automatically at checkout.

Occasionally we do run sales and provide coupon codes to our repeat customers.

We may include a caresheet, but care information is readily available for all plants online. We offer a wide variety of plant products and do not provide caresheets for all of them.
When you receive your plants, they have endured some degree of stress as a result of shipping. It is best to allow them to recover for at least a week before repotting. Using high quality potting mix is also important for your plant to thrive. We cannot issue refunds for plants that arrive healthy, but do not survive as a result of a buyer’s actions. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photos. If your box is visibly damaged, you can pursue reimbursement from the post office. Your package is insured for $50. Yes! We have a $20 minimum order (not counting tax and shipping). Etsy fees when you have found us through a Google search take about 25% of your payment. Very small orders only yield $2-$3 for us.
