We cannot guarantee against blooms, buds, or spikes being damaged during shipping. We also cannot be held responsible if the package is lost by the postal service. My beautiful, crazy Chysis arrived in excellent condition thanks to Yeni. She prepared it so well for shipping and sent it out super fast. The plant itself looks healthy, the root system however is not so healthy, most roots are dry and cut off, the plant was in the moss, I replanted it, as it was completely falling out of the plastic planter. I hope it survives 🤷🏻‍♀️ will keep you posted. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback. Remember catasetum when thy are dormant the roots dry out completely. It’s normal and part of the culture of those plants. Since those plant are imported the roots are trimmed already. Your plant has a nice growth growing now so you need to focus on with does roots. If you need help with the cultivar of this plant, let me know.
