Ingredients
- 300 ml
milk
- 200 ml
double cream
- 2
pinches of cinnamon
- 2 tsp.
vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp.
Horlicks
- 2 tsp.
caster sugar
- 100 g
Caramac chocolate, finely chopped
To serve
Squirty cream
Biscoff biscuits

Directions
- Step 1In a medium pan over a low-medium heat, add the milk, double cream, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Step 2Next, add the Horlicks and caster sugar and whisk until combined then bring back to a simmer.
- Step 3Once steaming, add the Caramac and stir until melted and glossy.
- Step 4Serve into glasses and top with squirty cream, biscoff biscuits and extra Caramac chocolate. Enjoy!
