The Famous Smoked Baloney Of Mo

A recipe from our Master Grill MO!

  • Set your smoker to 275 degrees F.
  • On your entire baloney piece, make an incision about 1 inch deep over the entire length.
  • Repeat this incision every 1 inch.
  • Now make a similar incision, but crosswise, going all the way around your piece of bologna.
  • Generously sprinkle your piece with a rub to your liking. (I tested with Mike's BBQ Rub Original and it's a success!)
  • Place your piece of baloney on the smoker for 2.5 hours.
  • Once the smoking is finished, slice the baloney and grill on the BBQ for a result ... Famous!
