NAUMBURGER MEISTER. Naumburg (Saxony-Anhalt), Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul, West choir. - Donor figures of Hermann and Reglindis. - Sculpture, Naumburg, Naumburg Master, between 1243 and 1249. (Hermann I, Markgrave of Meißen; c. 980 - 1. 11. 1038, and his consort Reglindis, daughter of king Boleslav I of Poland, c. 988/989-1014). Limestone, colour, Hermann height 180 cm, width 65 cm, depth 40 cm, Reglindis hight 178 cm, width 58 cm, depth 38 cm. From the series of twelve donor figures in the west choir of the Naumburg Cathedral, transition of the choir bay to the polygon, southern interior wall.
