Distribution: Indian Subcontinent to S China and Papua New Guinea

Habitat: Evergreen, lowland forests; 655-7545ft (200-2300m)

Life form: Epiphytic

Bloom Time (northern hemisphere): September to January

Bloom characteristics: Inflorescence is 5-12" (14-30 cm) long with hundreds of pale green flowers with a tiny orange lip. Flowers are less than .25" (.66 cm) across.

Pollination syndrome: Possibly fly (Sciaridae)
