- In the event of a refund, it will be processed within a minimum of 7 business days.

- We are not responsible for any additional time the receiving bank may take to complete the refund process.

- Bookings and Cancellations:
- Please refer to our previously mentioned Booking and Cancellation Policy.
- Accommodation with Minors:
- When staying with minors, it's essential to provide proof that the child is accompanied by their parents. Otherwise, a notarized authorization from both parents is mandatory. This measure ensures compliance with Colombian child protection laws.
- Parking:
- We do not provide on-site parking. Nearby paid parking options are available. We are not responsible for damages or issues that may occur if the vehicle is parked outside our facilities.
- Conduct on the Property:
- Parties or gatherings are not allowed. Violation of this rule may result in fines and immediate reservation cancellation.
- Identity documents of all guests will be requested at the time of booking.
- Consumption of psychoactive substances and entry of visitors are prohibited.
- The number of guests will be verified. Any additional guest will incur an extra charge per night.
- Please avoid excessive noise and playing music at high volume.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
- Sharing access codes with individuals outside of the guest list is prohibited.
- Delivery personnel entry into the building is forbidden.
- In case of lost keys, a fee of COP 50,000 will be charged.
- Damages caused by pets or difficult-to-clean residues will be charged to the guest.
- If keys are locked inside the apartment and no staff is available, the guest will be responsible for locksmith services' cost.
- Privacy and Data Protection Policy:
- Anima 64 by Ahead respects and protects guests' personal data in compliance with Colombian legislation. Data collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation management purposes and ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
