Orchidaceae fortnight
orchid family
Aerides crispa Lindl.

Dear friends and Pankaj, this post is in context of Aerides maculosa VS Aerides crispa. I am not fully comfortable with my ID of A. crispa. Earlier had labelled this sighting as A. maculosa owing to hint of fine dots on petals. You may validate the ID; and if the aspects seen are not sufficient, I would rather label it as just Aerides sp.
along Tamhini Ghat on 13 JUN 09
