In my opinion, there is no way this is Cymbidium ensifolium. Ensifolium has much narrower sepals. These sepals here are too wide, too broad. Ensifolium is essentially a plain flower, perhaps it has some striping in it but few if any spots.
I feel that with so many markings and broader segments, that this is really a hybrid of some sort and not Cymbidium ensifolium.

Cultivars/Hybrids of Cymbidium ensifolium are very pretty.
I currently know I have the regular and 'Hong Mao.' They are very gracefull, bloomy, and smell good.
They have a sweet floral scent. The grasslike leaves are very graceful.
They bloom a lot. Both Cymbidium ensifoliums have bloomed at least twice every year or once every year. It is always a treat to see them open up.
