Mausoleum of Theodoric (AOE2)

Was bored today playing AOE2 HD and just decided to model the Wonder of the Goths from the game.

Sorry, but I’m too lazy to do the vegetation and a floor for the poor Goths.

Let me know what you think!

Wait, did you make that in studio?? It looks amazing!

Oh, no, I did it in Blender, in Studio would be a pain to do. And thanks!

No problem!
If you don’t mind me asking, how do you import it to studio with the textures from blender?
(or make it multi-colored in studio)

Very nice! It looks like the real life one! Also fun fact: I used to live right next to the Mausoleum of Theodoric! I could see it from my window!

The solution I found was to have all the parts as groups and then exporting them as individual meshes. It was a bit tedious, but worked perfectly.

In case you want textures, you can have it in a texture atlas or multiple textures and just doing the same process as I described, once you have all the MeshParts in studio, you just go to the properties of each of them, and click the one that says “TextureID”, now just click on “Add image…” and select the texture you want.

Remember that before doing all I described, you’ll need to have done the UV because sadly you can’t change the size in Studio. Hope it helps!

Wow, that’s really nice to hear! I’ve always wanted to visit Italy, it’s such a beautiful country with a lot of history behind.

Woww! This is really welk done! This reminds me of like a temple/church type of place, a place of worship, but not necesarily church. Great job! Keep up this great work and can’t wait to see more!:upside_down_face::+1:
