Common Name The Small Shoe-Carrying Thrixspermum

Found from Thailand, Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo and Vietnam on open rocks and bluffs in lower evergreen and semideciduous montane forests at elevations of 50 to 2000 meters as a medium sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte or lithophyte with a creeping and climbing, rooting all along the length stem carrying oblong, unequally bilobed apically, the lobes obtuse, sessile leaves that blooms in the summer arising all along the stem and opposite the leaves, often with 2 to 3 per node, one to two flowered inflorescence with triangular floral bracts and carries fragrant flowers.
