Flower Size 1.6 to 2" [4 to 5 cm]

Found in mountain areas of New South Wales and Victoria, Australia in tall wet forests at elevations of 600 to 1200 meters, as a medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with a scattered to rosette of dark green, fleshy, flat or wavy leaves and blooms on a 20" [50 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence that arises in the spring through early fall.
