Common Name Heberle's Caladenia - Heberle's Spider Orchid

Flower Size 2.4 to 4.8" [6 to 12 cm]

Found in southwest Western Australia in coastal and near coastal forests and heaths at elevations of 5 to 100 meters as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single, linear, pubescent leaf and blooms in the late winter and spring on an erect, 8 to 18" [20 to 45 cm] long, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence.
