Richard Littlejohn -  D.O.  Reg. Osteopath

Richard has a Diploma in Osteopathy from the NZ College of Osteopathy 1994 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Osteopathy from RMIT Australia 1999.  He is a registered osteopath with the Osteopathic Council of  New Zealand (OCNZ), and is a founding member of Osteopaths New Zealand (ONZ).

Richard has a significant interest in cranial and visceral osteopathy and has attended many Post Graduate courses including the Southerland Cranial Foundation ANZ and Upledger Institute USA.  He also offers a variety of structural techniques including, massage, spinal manipulation, and muscle energy techniques.

With over 20 years experience in Osteopathy, Richard offers a wide range of treatment options to his patients.  Selecting and discussing these options enables optimum recovery for his individual patients.  New borns and babies are also of special interest to Richard. He predominately uses cranial techniques for this work having studied in this special area of osteopathy in New Zealand and Australia.
