Herr Otto Flick is a fictional character in the 1980s  BBC sitcom Allo Allo which is also a popular production Amateur Dramatic Societies around the country.

The costume consists of black trilby hat, grey or black double breasted 2 piece suit, white shirt, black tie and full length leather trench coat.
