Highly recommended

Highly recommended. The engineer was quick and professional. The engineer was able to get us back into the house avoiding a long delay. He had to drive from an hour away. He was pleasant and friendly. They office provided an accurate quote and no extras added on later . thanks for your help.

Top class door repairer

A nice change to deal with an outfit like this in our current workshy era of laziness and inefficiency. We had an emergency situation where our back door couldn't be secured. Insurance company totally unhelpful, other repairers quoted 1 to 2 weeks to come out. Able answered the phone, committed to an appointment next day, clear and fair pricing, appointment timeframe was met, and service carried out efficiently by a lovely guy. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly and efficient.

The gentleman arrived well in time of the estimated arrival time. He was very friendly and very efficient. He was very helpful. If only all workers could be this good and efficient, life would be a lot more pleasant.

Average

Nice man arrived to fix front door handle, said we probably needed a new handle, but he didn’t have one of the same quality. My husband noticed a loose screw within the mechanism and suggested tightening it up, which the man did and now it works perfectly.!

Rat Catcher expert

Came on time.
Their rat catcher laid 3 boxes
The rat that was enjoying meals digging in my lawn vanished, no further sightings.
Rat catcher 2nd visit removed boxes, very helpful person. Recommend their services

Called to get an emergency plumber for…

Called to get an emergency plumber for a bathroom leak on a weekend. Someone called back and I was given a time that someone would be out. A few minutes before I was expecting them they called to cancel and said thay would be out 2 days later. Needless to say they were cancelled!

Very pleasant chap who was at tentative…

Very pleasant chap who was at tentative and tidy in his work. Job done professionally and quickly. This is the second time we have used Abel and will continue to do so when the need arises whether electrical or plumbing.

Very quick next day service

Very quick next day service. Arrived within the given estimated time slot. Engineer told me what he needed to do. Job completed quicker than I thought it would be. Would certainly use Able Group again.

Very happy with the service!

We discovered we had rats in our loft and in panic mode I called Able Group. They explained the procedure and luckily were able to book us in for the next day. The man who attended explained clearly what he would do and had a good look round our garden and the outside of our house to ascertain not only how to solve the problem but how to hopefully prevent it in the future. He then came back two weeks later for a follow up visit as promised. Able were efficient and very easy to deal with. I would certainly recommend this company!

The work was done much quicker than we expected

A contractor visited on a Saturday half an hour after we contacted Able Group. He started the repair and returned on the Sunday to finish the job.
The job was perfectly done and the original estimate was true

Excellent service given by the…

Excellent service given by the electrician,
Came nice and early, no fuss and no mess.
I do however find the cost for half an hours work at £120 most expensive , but reliable.

The plumber who came to repair my bathroom toilet was very helpful and did all he could to rectify the problem. Would recommend you definitely so I am vert satisfied with the job you did

Brilliant Service Brilliant Locksmith!

Fantastic service from this company. We reported an issue with our door and it was fixed within 1 hour. The locksmith Stephen provided first class service and was extremely friendly and polite - a lovely gentleman who fixed our issue almost immediately.

A problem soon dealt with efficiently and quickly

Although the engineer didn't phone first, he arrived early within the time slot. He was very efficient, helpful and pleasant. The problem, which had been a recurring one, was dealt with well.

Effective Locksmith

The locksmith came within a couple of hours of my request.
He quickly diagnosed the problem and made adjustments to correct it. He also passed on useful advice with regard to the future maintenance.
Overall, very impressed with the service he provided, and the efficient manner in which it was delivered.

The locksmith Dal that attended our…

The locksmith Dal that attended our property on Friday evening was efficient, polite and very friendly. He gave us sound advice and secured our patio door. He made sure that we were happy with the repair even telling me to make sure I locked our front door behind him when he left. We cannot fault him or the service he provided. Thank you.

Radiator fix.

The plumber that came,was before the deadline you gave. Had a problem with refixing the radiator ( because of a mortar wall) could not get a fix with the brackets. But he purservied, and fix it. Also very polite.
