Podocarpus macrophyllus. Note developing naked seed on fleshy "receptacle" in the left photo and developing microsporangiate strobili in right photo.
Podocarpus nerifolius. Pollen stained with cotton blue, note bladder-like wings that aid in dispersal.
Parasitaxus ustus.  This monotypic genus from New Caledonia represents the world's only known parasitic gymnosperm.
