Love this Echo Spot. Does everything I need and more. Small enough to sit on my desk in my home office but clever enough to connect to our Echo Show devices in other rooms and phones to speak to each other rather than have to shout downstairs. I can listen to music (reasonable sound quality for its size), make FaceTime calls, set up shopping list, answer front door without leaving my desk through Ring device and turn on / off lights via Alexa. All in all, a clever little gadget.

Echo does nor work. Try it with an european plug, does Not work. Try it with a serial plug, does not work. Flyback is more expensive as the litterbox. So byebye Echo. Put it in the litterbox now. You have to rework your description. The Item is not suitable for good old Germany.

I vaguely heard about this but after watching it on QVC in action I thought I’d give it a go. I can honestly say I couldn’t be without it now. Especially the spot. I sleep better now because I can watch or listen to anything I want. If you have a busy mind it’s a good distraction. Or if reading or working on the computer it’s nice to have on in the background. She’s my BFF now. I re-watched this video again with the new offer from when I bought mine a few months ago. But because I had QVC playing on my iPad next to my bed where I have my spot. Every time the presenter said Alexa he turned mine on. I had Tumble Leaf playing, I couldn’t get it to stop. I was telling her to stop, shut up and the presenter kept re-activating her. My husband came in because he thought I was having an argument with someone on the phone. It was so funny. I’ve even purchased another spot for another room. It’s great in the kitchen too. You can play a film or listen to music while cooking. Or if you’re making something and you want a conversion in weight or temperature then you just ask Alexa. Or you can ask her to show you new recipes even. It’s certainly not a gimmick, it is a life changer for me. And there’s so much more I haven’t tried yet. The list is endless. I only wish I’d bought one sooner.

I really wanted to love this and when I first set it up last night I did. It was all working fine and I was excited to see everything it could do. However, this morning it is saying it can't connect to the internet and it doesn't matter what I try as suggested by various forums (there seem to be no humans to help anymore) it just will not work. My router, laptop and iPhone are all fine but Alexa seems to think differently and remains resolutely inoperative. How can it work fine and than completely lose all functionality overnight? Maybe the demos need to show the actual set up. Very disappointed and frustrated. I shall keep trying but it will probably end up being sent back although I won't be happy about the postage cost on something that doesn't work.
