Abstract
A three-dimensional image processing device and program for producing an image showing an emphasized three-dimensional appearance, not giving any feeling of fatigue nor feeling of strangeness, and adapted to both a moving picture and a still picture. An image data input receiving section (12) receives the input of a three-dimensional image data (11) including images captured from points of view frame by frame for each point of view. A foreground/background separating section (13) separates the three-dimensional image data received from the image data input receiving section (13) into foreground three-dimensional image data and background three-dimensional image data. A foreground processing section (14) emphasizes the foreground three-dimensional image data received from the foreground/background separating section (13). A background processing section (15) image-processes the background three-dimensional image data received from the foreground/background separating section (13). The foreground/background combining section (16) superimposes the foreground three-dimensional image data received from the foreground processing section (14) on the background three-dimensional image data received from the background processing section (15) and outputs three-dimensional emphasized image data (17).
