Description
- The present invention relates to the technical field of electric transportation machinery, particularly to a split-style electric skateboard.
- Skateboard was invented by the descendants of Edison, US, in the 20th century. They used a board, in a shape similar to a surfboard, and mounted four wheels on the lower part of the board so that people could stand on it easily. The original skateboard is pushed forward by kicking backward. A skateboard moves forward by rolling of the wheels, and needs much less effort than walking, so people would use skateboards as a means of transportation. Not only the shape of the skateboard is similar to that of the surfboard, but also the way and feeling of running the skateboard are extremely similar to the way and feeling of running a surfboard on the sea, therefore the skateboard is also considered to extend the surfing to the land. To make it more convenient to move the skateboard forward, now people use a motor to drive the skateboard forward by adding a battery on the bottom of the skateboard. Such electric skateboards are very popular with people once being put into market. High operation skills are required to run a skateboard, and especially it is difficult to make a turn within a small area. People cannot use a skateboard smoothly without practicing for a long time. Skateboarding itself is considered as an extreme sport. Therefore, people need to practice for a long time to use either a skateboard or an electric skateboard.
- To reduce traffic pressure of a city, in the society, currently people are encouraged to go out by public transport means. However, normally there is a certain distance between people's residence and the public transport means. As a consequence, various portable electric scooters and electric skateboards become more and more popular with people. It is more convenient to steer an electric scooter since a steering handle is added thereto. Such electric scooters are easier to use than skateboards, but lack the feeling of surfing when a skateboard is moving forward. Generally, current electric scooters are divided into two-wheel electric scooters, and multi-wheel scooters such as three- or four-wheel scooters. The multi-wheel scooters have a large size and are inconvenient to carry since all the wheels thereof are fixed on one plate surface, while the two-wheel scooters have poor stability and are not easy for people to balance on them.
- In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a split-style electric skateboard which has a split-style structure and which is convenient to steer and easy to maintain body balance.
- The technical solution that the present invention uses to solve the technical problem is: the present split-style electric skateboard comprising a main skating board, an auxiliary skating board and a cross beam located between the main skating board and the auxiliary skating board, wherein the lower portion of the main skating board is provided with a steering wheel and a driving wheel arranged one behind the other, a driving motor is mounted in the driving wheel, the steering wheel is connected to the main skating board by means of a first steering support and a first pivot located on the first steering support, a secondary steering wheel is mounted at an intermediate position on a lower portion of the auxiliary skating board, the secondary steering wheel is connected to the auxiliary skating board by means of a second steering support and a second pivot located on the second steering support, the first steering support and the second steering support are fixedly connected by means of the cross beam, and the auxiliary skating board can rotate with respect to the main skating board using the first pivot as the rotation center.
- Preferably, the secondary steering wheel is a directional wheel.
- Preferably, the auxiliary skating board can rotate by 180 degrees or more with respect to the main skating board using the first pivot as the rotation center, by means of the cross beam. In this way, the auxiliary skating board may rotate from one side of the main skating board to the other side of the main skating board. This makes it convenient for users to use regardless of their dominant feet.
- Preferably, the main skating board and the auxiliary skating board respectively comprise an elastic upper plate and a fixed lower plate arranged in parallel with one above the other, shock absorption devices are provided between the lower parts of the elastic upper plates and the upper parts of the fixed lower plates; the elastic upper plates and the fixed lower plates are rectangular plates, and the elastic upper plates are connected to the fixed lower plates corresponding thereto by bolt crimping.
- Preferably, the shock absorption devices are springs or magnetic boards with opposite faces of the same polarity.
- Preferably, a control panel is provided in the fixed lower plate of the main skating board, and a wireless transceiver is provided on the control panel; the split-style electric skateboard further comprises a controller which is configured to be able to send an electronic signal to the wireless transceiver on the control panel in a wireless manner.
- Preferably, the split-style electric skateboard further comprises a multi-functional display control panel which is fixedly provided directly above the cross beam and which is configured to be able to receive an electronic signal sent from the wireless transceiver on the control panel and display an executing state corresponding to the electronic signal.
- Preferably, the multi-functional display control panel is cuboid, an illuminating lamp is provided on a side surface of the multi-functional display control panel facing the front direction, a safety sensor is fixedly provided in the multi-functional display control panel, and a charging jack and a USB interface are provided on an external surface of the multi-functional display control panel.
- Preferably, the cross beam is a hollow tube, in which a battery assembly is provided; and the split-style electric skateboard further comprises an external battery pack which is connected in parallel with the battery assembly in the cross beam via cables and the charging jack.
- Preferably, a fixed support and a disc braking device fixed on the fixed support are provided in the driving wheel.
- The beneficial effects of the invention lie in that the split-style electric skateboard has a split-style structure, wherein the main skating board and the auxiliary skating board are provided for one to place both feet, respectively, and a driving wheel, a steering wheel and a secondary steering wheel forming a three-point support are provided thereunder so that it will be more steady when a user is standing on it. The skateboard may be pushed forward as a whole by the rotation of the driving wheel which is driven by the power from the battery assembly, and the skateboard can be used as means of transportation or as a sports toy for teenagers. Moreover, the skateboard may be steered by triggering the left and right rotation of the steering wheel provided under the main skating board by the forward and backward movement of the auxiliary skating board, so that people can steer the skateboard freely only with their feet while they are moving forward. Moreover, such steering is easy to control and provides a large steering angle. Such split-style electric skateboard is portable for its simple structure, light weight and small size, and the skateboard can be steered at a large angle even in a crowd.

As shown in the embodiments inFIGS. 1, 2 and 3 , the split-style electric skateboard comprises a main skating board 1, anauxiliary skating board 2 and across beam 8 located between the main skating board 1 and theauxiliary skating board 2, a lower portion of the main skating board 1 is provided with asteering wheel 3 and adriving wheel 4 arranged one behind the other, a driving motor is mounted in thedriving wheel 4, thesteering wheel 3 is connected to the main skating board 1 by means of afirst steering support 5 and afirst pivot 51 located on thefirst steering support 5, asecondary steering wheel 7 is mounted at an intermediate position on a lower portion of theauxiliary skating board 2, thesecondary steering wheel 7 is a directional wheel, thesecondary steering wheel 7 is connected to theauxiliary skating board 2 by means of asecond steering support 6 and asecond pivot 61 located on thesecond steering support 6, thefirst steering support 5 and thesecond steering support 6 are fixedly connected by means of thecross beam 8, and theauxiliary skating board 2 can rotate, and specifically by 180 degrees or more, with respect to the main skating board 1 using thefirst pivot 51 as the rotation center. When theauxiliary skating board 2 moves forward and backward, theauxiliary skating board 2 can lead thecross beam 8 and thesteering wheel 3 to rotate left and right so as to jointly achieve steering of the split-style electric skateboard. - Note that the
auxiliary skating board 2 and thesecondary steering wheel 7 are connected by thesecond steering support 6 and thesecond pivot 61, thesecond pivot 61 is hinged to thecross beam 8, and theauxiliary skating board 2 and thesecondary steering wheel 7 rotate circumferentially freely as a whole relative to the hinging position on thecross beam 8 so that the steering will become more flexible. In addition, theauxiliary skating board 2 can rotate, and specifically by 180 degrees or more, relative to the main skating board 1 using thefirst pivot 51 as the rotation center, so that theauxiliary skating board 2 may rotate from one side of the main skating board 1 to the other side of the main skating board 1, which means that the relative positions of the main skating board 1 and theauxiliary skating board 2 may be transposed, making it convenient for users to use regardless of their dominant feet. - Additionally, the
driving wheel 4, which is a unidirectional forward drive wheel, cannot move backwards so that the skateboard may be stopped on a hillside anytime without sliding down, it is safe and reliable, and it also provides steadiness and reliability when a user is stepping onto the skateboard. - The split-style electric skateboard provided by the invention is an electric tool combining the functions of transportation and recreation. It has a split-style structure as a whole where the main skating board 1 and the
auxiliary skating board 2 are provided for one to place both feet, respectively. Under the entire split-style electric skateboard (hereinafter referred simply to as “skateboard”), adriving wheel 4, asteering wheel 3 and asecondary steering wheel 7 are provided to form a three-point support, and the above three wheels are all directional wheels so that it will be more steady when a user is standing on it and the steering will be more free. Moreover, it is easier and more familiar for people to use the skateboard compared with sports skateboards currently used by people. The skateboard may be pushed forward as a whole by the rotation of the driving wheel which is driven by a driving motor, thereby the function of transportation is realized, and it can be used as a sports toy for teenagers or children. Besides, theauxiliary skating board 2 of the skateboard is fixedly connected with thesecond steering support 6 and thesecond pivot 61, so that when using the skateboard, people can steer the skateboard by the forward and backward movement of their feet which makes theauxiliary skating board 2 trigger the rotation of thesteering wheel 3 provided under the main skating board 1. In the above steering mode, the functions of the main skating board 1 and theauxiliary skating board 2 are equally important. In this way, people can steer the skateboard only with their feet while moving forward. It releases people's hands compared with some of the prior scooters. Moreover, such steering is easy to control and provides a large steering angle, easily enabling some difficult sharp turns. Such split-style electric skateboard is portable for its simple structure, light weight and small size. The skateboard can be steered at a large angle even in a crowd. Specifically, the skateboard can turn 360 degrees, with a steering diameter less than 1 m, and normally of 60-70 cm. Furthermore, if a board surface of the split-style structure is damaged, it is only necessary to replace the corresponding board surface, which saves more material and makes it more convenient for replacement. - As shown in
FIG. 3 , the main skating board 1 and theauxiliary skating board 2 respectively comprise an elasticupper plate 11, 21 and a fixedlower plate 12, 22 arranged in parallel with one above the other. Shock absorption devices are provided between the lower parts of the elasticupper plates 11, 21 and the upper parts of the fixedlower plates 12, 22. The shock absorption devices are springs or magnetic boards with opposite faces of the same polarity. The elasticupper plates 11, 21 and the fixedlower plates 12, 22 are rectangular plates with four corners each being rounded. The elasticupper plates 11, 21 are connected to the fixedlower plates 12, 22 corresponding thereto by bolt crimping. Preferably, corresponding holes for bolt (commonly known as screw) crimping are provided at both ends of the elasticupper plates 11, 21 and the respective fixedlower plates 12, 22 along the center line. In this way, when a user is stepping on the skateboard, the elasticupper plates 11, 21 are pressed down so that the distance between the springs or the two magnetic boards is reduced, and thereby an elastic or magnetic repulsive force increases until it is balanced up and down. In such way, a shock absorption layer is formed by the elastic principle or magnetic principle. Such shock absorption structure is simple and is easy to assemble. A better shock absorption effect is achieved without direct contact between the up and down elements for buffering and shock absorption, so that the user's lower extremity joints are protected, and the impact incurred during movement is avoided. Furthermore, the user will feel like floating and can experience the joy of sports. The service lives of the main skating board 1 and theauxiliary skating board 2 are also extended. - Besides, the
auxiliary skating board 2 can rotate by 360 degrees using thesecond pivot 61 as a rotation center, so that the user will feel more flexible and free to step thereon and will not feel any discomfort even after a long term of use. The user may step on theauxiliary skating board 2 with a foot as freely as the user desires, without influence on the operation of the skateboard, making it more flexible, free and comfortable for the user to use the skateboard. A control panel is provided in the fixedlower plate 12 of the main skating board 1, and a wireless transceiver is provided on the control panel; the split-style electric skateboard further comprises a controller which is configured to be able to send an electronic signal to the wireless transceiver on the control panel in a wireless manner. The controller can adjust an input amount of the current so as to achieve stopping of the skateboard or adjustment of the running speed of the skateboard. Additionally, the controller is configured to be able to send an electronic signal to the wireless transceiver on the control panel in a wireless manner, thus it is more convenient to control the control panel without using a wired control handle, and no wire twisting will occur, making it convenient for users to use. - It should be noted that the controller may also be interpreted as an external remote controller which may be held in the user's hand or put in the user's pocket. The user may hold the controller in hand to control the split-style electric skateboard when necessary. The wireless transceiver on the control panel in the main skating board 1 receives an electronic signal or command sent from the controller and then manipulates the skateboard to act based on the electronic signal or command. Further, the controller has a synchronous buzzer which buzzes when the wireless transceiver on the control panel in the main skating board 1 receives the electronic signal or command sent from the controller. In this way, one will know what state the skateboard is in from what he/she hears and feels, making it safer and more reliable.
- As shown in
