背景技术
在市场上,包括近眼显示系统的消费性电子产品变得越来越常见。此类近眼显示系统可直接固设于一镜框或与一镜框一体成型,此种镜框可具有或不具有真实的镜片。
举例来说,美国设计专利号D659,741描绘一镜框,所述镜框使用一体成型的固定的近眼显示系统。在上述专利中,近眼显示系统直接固设于镜框的右边的镜脚。此外,美国设计专利号D664,185描述一没有镜片的镜框,镜框包括一体成型的固定的近眼显示系统。
近眼显示系统,例如就如上所述的,需要消费者配戴一特定的框体,所述框体与近眼显示系统同时贩卖。虽然上述两个设计专利描述一体成型的近眼显示系统与镜框,但镜框需包括一孔洞以通过一螺丝固设近眼显示系统。
发明内容
在一第一样态中,一种固设系统用以将一装置固设于一镜框,并包括一框体接合部,其可移动地接合于镜框并包括一弹性夹、一磁铁及一垫。弹性夹具有一前部及一后部,前部与后部在长度方向分开设置,以从镜框的一第一侧施加压力于镜框,弹性夹还包括一中部以从镜框的一第二侧施加压力于镜框。磁铁可耦接于装置,磁铁设置于一磁铁座,磁铁座接合于弹性夹的中部。垫位于中部、前部与后部的至少一部分之间并从第二侧施加压力。
在另一样态中,一种固设系统具有一高度、一宽度与一长度,以将一装置固设于一镜框,固设系统包括一框体接合部,其可移动地接合于镜框并包括一弹性臂、一第一弹性夹及一第二弹性夹。弹性臂具有一前部及一后部,前部与后部在长度方向分开设置,前部与后部各具有两个在高度方向上分开设置的末端,且各接合于一柱,所述柱从镜框的一第一侧施加压力给镜框。第一弹性夹沿宽度方向与高度方向环绕镜框,并可插设于前部内的第一与第二孔洞内。第二弹性夹沿宽度方向与高度方向环绕镜框,并可插设于前部内的第三与第四孔洞内。其中,当插入所述孔洞时,所述弹性夹从与第一侧相对的镜框的一第二侧施加压力。

具体实施方式
现有的近眼显示系统与一组框体一同贩卖,且不能固设于任意的框体。这样的系统对消费者来说是不理想的。许多消费者需要特别的处方,并且因为此系统没有与处方用镜片贩卖而无法使用近眼显示系统。另外,假如近眼显示系统允许处方用镜片,则可用的框体就被限制于一些形式。此外,近眼显示系统必预与特定的框体合用。消费者不能将近眼显示系统转换到其它的框体(就如不同的眼镜或太阳眼镜)。
固设系统至镜框的接合
图1为本发明一实施例的一固设系统的一框体接合部100的示意图,固设系统用以固设一装置于一镜框102。图2为本发明一实施例的图1的框体接合部100固设一近眼显示器200的示意图。图3为图1的框体接合部100的分解示意图。图4为框体接合部100在接合之前的侧视示意图。图5为图1的框体接合部100在接合之前的一上视示意图。图6为图1的框体接合部100在接合之前的一前视示意图。图7为图1的框体接合部100在接合之后的一侧视示意图。图8为图1的框体接合部100在接合之后的一上视示意图。图9为图1的框体接合部100在接合之后的一前视示意图。以下说明请参照图1至图9。一固设系统包括框体接合部100,并可用于将一近眼显示器200固设于镜框102,如图2所示。框体接合部100亦可用于将其它物体固设于镜框,物体例如但不限于镜片、光源、摄像器等等。
请参照图3,框体接合部100以分解图来说明。框体接合部100具有一高度、一长度与一宽度,上述量度皆以框体接合部100的最大量度组件或所述组件的组合来定义(如下所述)。在附图中,高度的方向对应Y轴,长度方向对应X轴,宽度方向对应Z轴。
框体接合部100包括弹性夹302、垫304、支持座306、接合组件308、磁铁座310与磁铁312。弹性夹304,如图1至图9所示,形成以可移动地接合镜框102。如图1所示,弹性夹302可移动地接合于镜框102的右镜脚(然而,弹性夹302亦可可移动地接合于框体102的其它部分,例如左镜脚)。弹性夹302包括一前部318、一后部320以及一中部325。中部325可通过一上杆323耦合于前部318及后部320。中部325设置于支持座306的至少一缺口307内。举例来说,中部325包括两杆327,其分别位于一缺口内,中部325还包括一下杆329,其避免中部325滑出缺口307。虽然上述具有两杆及一下杆,但中部325可包括更多或更少的杆(例如,只具有单一杆位于支持座的单一缺口内)。弹性夹302可由金属、橡胶、塑料或其它材质制成,并可提供弹性力(如下所述)。此外,虽然没有显示,但弹性夹302可包括一软性外罩以保护框体102不被刮伤。
支持座306通过接合组件308而锁固于磁铁座310,借此可将弹性夹302、支持座306与磁铁座310彼此固定。接合组件可为螺丝而通过对应的螺孔311接合于磁铁座310,然而,支持座306可通过其它的接合方式而被固定于磁铁座310,例如但不限于黏着、焊接、铆接或其它已知的方式。此外,在其它实施例中,磁铁座310可不需要设置,并且支持座306可直接接合于磁铁312。
在一实施例中,垫304通过至少一接合方式而固定于支持座306。或者,垫304可与支持座306分开设置,在此样态中,垫304可包括一凸部314并且支持座306可包括一相对体(opposingintrusion)316,凸部314与相对体316可对准以致当框体接合部100固设于镜框102时,垫304可设置于支持座306。垫304接触镜框并通过弹性夹302的中部325从弹性夹的前后部施加压力,就如下所述。另外,垫304可由合适的材料制成,例如橡胶、塑料、泡棉、木材、金属,并具有弹性及或可压缩性,并可为任何合适的形状。另外,在其它实施例中,垫304可不被设置,并且中部325可直接或通过支持座306而施加压力给镜框102。
框体接合部100通过弹性夹302的特性而可移动地接合于镜框102。举例来说,弹性夹302沿宽度方向(亦即沿Z轴)而具有弹性,另外,至少一前部318与后部320可各包括一唇部319、321,当框体接合部100固设于镜框102时,唇部319、321可与上杆323合作以避免框体接合部100沿高度方向(即Y轴)移动。前部318及后部320相对地依靠框体结合部100固设于镜框102处。在一实施例中,唇部319、321具有角度,以致框体的高度可得到合适的空间。
请参照图4至图9,弹性夹302环绕镜框102并设置于镜框102的一第一侧(亦即镜框102的内表面)。上述的环绕显示于圆圈与箭头402(如图4至图6所示)之内,此与显示于圆圈702(如图7至图9所示)内的弹性夹302相比较。一旦接合部固设于镜框102,支持座306与垫304设置于镜框102的一相对侧(即镜框102的外表面)。弹性夹302的弹力从弹性夹302与垫304施加压力于镜框102的其中一侧(即位于图9的点A与A’之间),以致框体接合部100可移动地接合于镜框102。另外,上杆323与唇部319、321避免框体接合部100沿Y方向(即高度方向)滑出镜框102。
框体接合部100提供多个好处。举例来说,框体接合部100的可交换性在多种镜框102之间显露出来。另外,框体接合部100可让镜框102的其中一侧进行固设。此外,框体接合部100可应用于不同尺寸的镜框102。弹性夹302与垫304所提供的压力可应用于薄镜框与厚镜框。此外,框体接合部100可使用于任何形式的镜框。因此,任何近眼显示装置、或其它装置可被固设于不同来源(例如设计框体、太阳眼镜、阅读眼镜等等)的镜框上。
图10为本发明一实施例的一固设系统的一框体接合部1000的上视示意图,固设系统用以固设一装置于一镜框1002。图11为图10的框体接合部1000的一侧视示意图。图12为本发明一实施例的使用于框体接合部1000的一弹性夹1004的示意图。图13为本发明一实施例的使用于框体接合部1000的一夹臂1006与垫1302的示意图。以下说明请参照图10至图13。框体接合部1000具有一高度、一长度与一宽度,上述量度皆以框体接合部1000的最大量度组件或所述组件的组合来定义(如下所述)。举例来说,高度的方向对应Y轴,长度方向对应X轴,宽度方向对应Z轴。
框体接合部1000包括至少一弹性夹1004、至少一弹性臂1006、一磁铁座1010以及一磁铁1012。弹性臂1006可具有(非必要)一垫1008,垫1008固设于弹性臂1006的一末端。磁铁座1010与磁铁1012与如所述的磁铁座110及磁铁112相似,并通过一接合手段1007(例如螺丝,铆钉、焊接、黏接等等)而接合于弹性臂。
在一实施例中,框体接合部1000包括两个弹性夹1004,各弹性夹1004包括一杆,所述杆延伸而成为系统1000的高度的一部分。特别说来,弹性夹1004在高度方向上具有弹性以致提供Y轴方向的一张力。各弹性夹1004可移动地接合于至少一弹性臂1006。
如图11所示,垫1008可接合于各弹性臂1006的末端并借此形成一孔洞1009(即在末端内具有一孔洞并且一垫孔洞与其对准)。在一实施例中,垫1008可不被设置,而弹性夹1004通过孔洞而直接接合于弹性臂1006。垫1008可例如但不限于为橡胶轮。垫1008可由其它材质制成并可具有其它形状。弹性夹1004插入两个孔洞1009,例如弹性夹1004(1)对应两个前孔洞,弹性夹1004(2)对应两个后孔洞。
第一弹性夹1004(1)接合于前上垫1008(1)与前下垫1008(2)之间。此外,第二弹性夹1004(2)接合于后上垫1008(3)与后下垫1008(4)之间。据此,第一与第二弹性夹1004施加压力于点B及点B’之间,借此可将框体接合部1000固定于镜框1002。在一实施例中,垫1008不被使用,因为柱1007对镜框1002从一第一侧(即外侧)施加压力并且各弹性夹1004从与第一侧相对的一第二侧施加压力。
在一实施例中,弹性夹1004额外施加沿Z轴方向(或宽度方向)的力,以致框体接合部1000在固设时能静止于镜框1002上。然而,在另一实施例中,弹性臂1006施加沿宽度方向(或Z轴方向)的力。举例来说,请参照图10,当框体接合部1000固设于镜框1002时,弹性臂1006朝磁铁座的方向(即远离镜框的方向)并沿宽度方向弯折而形成。因此,弹性臂1006通过弹性夹1004施加压力。这样,在镜框1002的一内表面1003并在弹性夹1004与镜框1002之间就能维持一定的接触。并且,一定的接触亦会维持在镜框1002的一外表面1001并柱1007与镜框1002之间。
图13为弹性臂1006与垫1008的示意图。为清楚示意,图13未显示弹性夹1004、磁铁座1010与麣铁1012。弹性臂1006包括至少两个臂,且所述臂枢设于一中点1302并借此形成X形状。虽然上述以两个臂说明,但亦可使用更多或更少的臂且不脱离本发明的精神(例如,可用四个臂枢设于一中点)。为将框体接合部1000固设于镜框1002上,垫1008之间的距离会增加或减少(例如沿高度方向),就如箭头1304所示。一旦被调整,弹性夹1004被插入孔洞1009,以致一定的压力能施加于垫1008与镜框1002之间,借此将框体接合部1000固定于镜框1002。在一实施例中,一旦被固定,垫1008只会施加压力给镜框1002的一上表面或一下表面。在另一实施例中,垫1008具有倾斜形状(图10)以致压力可施加于一上表面或一下表面,并施加于镜框1002的一外表面1001。
框体接合部1000提供许多好处。举例来说,举例来说,框体接合部1000的可交换性在多种镜框1002之间显露出来。另外,框体接合部1000可让镜框1002的其中一侧进行固设,也就是镜框1002的左镜脚或右镜脚。此外,框体接合部1000可应用于不同尺寸的镜框1002。弹性夹1004与垫1008所提供的压力可应用于薄镜框与厚镜框。此外,框体接合部1000可使用于任何形式的镜框。因此,任何近眼显示装置、或其它装置可被固设于不同来源(例如设计框体、太阳眼镜、阅读眼镜等等)的镜框上。
在上述实施例中,磁铁312、1012分别与磁铁座310、1010实质切齐。当使用一滑动(slide-on)固设部(如下所述)来将一装置(例如一近眼显示系统)固设于一固设系统100或1000时,这样的实施例是有利的。然而,在其它不使用滑动固设部的实施例中,装置直接接合于磁铁。
装置到固设系统的接合
图14为一磁铁1400的示意图,磁铁1400用以将一装置固设于一固设系统上。磁铁1400可插入磁铁座310或1010,如上所述。或者,磁铁1400可一体成型于磁铁座,换言之,磁铁包括孔洞(与图3的孔洞311类似)以接合一支持座(与支持座306类似);或者,磁铁包括柱1007的至少一部分。磁铁1400包括至少一凸部1402,凸部1402从一基部1404延伸。凸部1402与位于装置座(devicehousing)内的至少一相对体对齐设置。当凸部1402插设于装置的相对体时,装置通过磁铁1400的磁力而被稳固地支持在适当的地方。需注意的是,磁铁1400可与更多或更少的相对体配合应用,并且凸部的形状并非用以限制本发明。
图15为本发明一实施例的一滑动部1500的示意图,滑动部1500可应用于图1至图9的固设系统100或图10至13的固设系统1000。图15显示接合于固设系统之前的滑动部1500,图16显示接合于固设系统之后的滑动部1500。图17显示滑动部1500,其滑上图1至图9所示的磁铁312与磁铁座310。图18显示当滑动部1500被锁上图1至图9所示的磁铁312与磁铁座310时,滑动部1500所受到的磁力。以下说明请参照图15至图18。虽然图15至图18显示滑动部1500应用于图1至图9的固设系统100,但滑动部1500亦可应用于图10至图13的固设系统1000而不脱离本发明的精神。
滑动部1500可让一装置,例如一近眼显示器、镜片、光源、摄像机或其它装置,可释放地接合于如前所述的固设系统100或1000。特别说来,滑动部1500包括装置接合部1502以接合于装置(图未显示)并包括磁铁接合部1504以通过滑上磁铁座310而可释放地接合于固设系统100。接合部1502包括三个孔洞1501以通过螺丝、铆钉等等而接合于装置。接合部1502可包括更多或更少的孔洞1501,并可通过其它手段,如黏着、焊接等等而接合。
磁铁接合部1504适合于滑上磁铁座310,如图17所示。磁铁接合部1504包括一磁性材料,如铁磁金属(ferromagneticmetal),以致磁铁312的磁力能将磁铁接合部固定在适当的位置。在一实施例中,一第二磁铁嵌入磁铁接合部1504内,磁铁接合部1504例如由塑料制成,以致磁铁312与第二磁铁交互作用而提供磁力以支持滑动部1500设置于磁铁座310上。一旦接合,滑动部1500可通过磁力而固定在合适的位置。滑动部1500通过滑动部1500上的拉力而从磁铁310释放。滑动部1500沿与磁力线垂直的方向移动。因此,滑动部1500可简单的就脱离,但由于强大的磁力1800而可避免不小心的脱离。
在未脱离本发明的精神与范围下,可以对上述方法及系统进行修改或变更,需注意的是,在以上说明书及附图中所述仅为举例性,而非为限制性。权利要求可涵盖所述的一般及特定特征,而本发明的方法及系统的范围中的所有陈述,其仅为语言问题,皆应落在权利要求的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种固设系统,具有一高度、一宽度与一长度,以将一装置固设于一镜框,所述固设系统包括一框体接合部,其可移动地接合于所述镜框并包括:
一弹性臂,具有一前部及一后部,所述前部与所述后部在长度方向分开设置,所述前部与所述后部各具有两个在所述高度方向上分开设置的末端,且各接合于一柱,所述柱从所述镜框的一第一侧施加压力给所述镜框;
一第一弹性夹,沿所述宽度方向与所述高度方向环绕所述镜框,并可插设于所述前部内的第一与第二孔洞内;
一第二弹性夹,沿所述宽度方向与所述高度方向环绕所述镜框,并可插设于所述前部内的第三与第四孔洞内;
其中,当插入所述孔洞时,所述弹性夹从与所述第一侧相对的所述镜框的一第二侧施加压力。
2.如权利要求1所述的固设系统,其中所述弹性臂远离所述镜框弯折以拉住所述弹性夹而对抗所述镜框。
3.如权利要求1所述的固设系统,其中所述弹性臂包括两杆,所述杆通过所述柱而连接在各所述杆的中心。
4.如权利要求1所述的固设系统,还包括多个垫,所述垫分别位于所述末端并具有垫孔洞,所述垫孔洞与在所述末端的所述孔洞对准。
5.如权利要求4所述的固设系统,其中所述弹性夹插设对应的所述末端的所述垫孔洞与所述孔洞,并且所述弹性夹在高度方向上具有弹性,以致所述垫的至少其中之一施加压力给所述镜框的一上表面,并且所述垫的至少其中之一施加压力给所述镜框的一下表面。
6.如权利要求1所述的固设系统,还包括一磁铁,其位于一磁铁座内,所述磁铁座接合于所述柱的至少一以及所述弹性臂。
7.如权利要求6所述的固设系统,还包括:
一滑动部,具有一装置接合部以接合于所述装置,并具有一磁铁接合部以接合于所述框体接合部。
8.如权利要求7所述的固设系统,其中所述磁铁接合部适于滑上所述磁铁座。
9.如权利要求8所述的固设系统,其中所述磁铁施加一磁力给所述磁铁接合部以使所述滑动部固定于所述磁铁座上。
10.如权利要求1所述的固设系统,其中所述装置为一近眼显示系统。
