本发明公开了一种隐形螺钉装置,属于消费类电子产品领域。所述装置安装在机壳内,所述装置用于固定连接所述机壳,所述装置包括驱动部、螺钉、螺母及芯片,所述驱动部固定连接在所述机壳一壳体中,所述驱动部与所述螺钉相连,所述螺母固定连接在所述机壳另一壳体中,并且所述螺母与所述螺钉相匹配,所述芯片控制所述驱动部动作,所述驱动部带动所述螺钉相对所述螺母运动,实现所述螺钉与所述螺母的啮合或分离。本发明所述装置及方法均采用隐形螺钉结构,可以实现内部链接锁附,外观不会看到任何结构;同时可以实现反复拆装而无需更换、报废任何零件;同时通过芯片启动驱动部能够防止非专业人士拆机,增加了安全性。

一种隐形螺钉装置及紧固方法
技术领域
本发明涉及消费类电子产品领域,特别涉及一种隐形螺钉装置及紧固方法。
背景技术
消费类电子产品主要有数码相机、手机、平板电脑、家庭办公设备等等。随着消费类电子产品的普及,用户对外观的需求也越来越严苛。用户通常希望产品表面整洁、精致、严丝合缝并且没有什么多余无用的特征,然而螺钉作为一种最常用的紧固方式,通常会被用户观察到,如Iphone4、Iphone5、SamsungS4在拆开电池盖后可看见螺钉结构,这些可见的螺钉结构会严重影响用户的购买欲望。
为了避免多余结构被用户看到,通常采用紧固方法加以遮掩。如在平板电脑设计当中,前壳组件通过螺钉及卡扣等结构与后壳相连,然后采用双面胶将显示模组粘在前壳组件上,遮蔽掉一些不美观的结构,如螺钉等。上述连接方案存在以下缺陷:
第一,维修时,需要热风烘烤及吸盘吸附显示模组才可以实现分离,导致维修困难;第二,双面胶只能一次性使用,拆卸后就需要报废及替换;第三,用户或非专业人士可以随意拆机,极易造成损坏。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术存在的维修困难,拆卸后需要报废及替换零件,以及极易造成损坏的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种隐形螺钉装置及紧固方法。所述技术方案如下:
一方面,提供了一种隐形螺钉装置,安装在机壳内,所述装置用于固定连接所述机壳,所述装置包括驱动部、螺钉、螺母及芯片,所述驱动部固定连接在所述机壳一壳体中,所述驱动部与所述螺钉相连,所述螺母固定连接在所述机壳另一壳体中,并且所述螺母与所述螺钉相匹配,所述芯片控制所述驱动部动作,所述驱动部带动所述螺钉相对所述螺母运动,实现所述螺钉与所述螺母的啮合或分离。
可选地,所述驱动部为伺服电机。
可选地,所述机壳包括前壳与后壳,所述驱动部固定连接在所述前壳中,所述螺母固定连接在所述后壳中。
可选地,所述驱动部与所述机壳一壳体的固定连接是粘接、螺钉连接或卡扣连接。
可选地,所述螺母与所述机壳另一壳体的固定连接是成型植入、热压或胶水连接。
另一方面,提供了一种应用于所述隐形螺钉装置的紧固方法,所述紧固方法按照如下步骤操作,
步骤100,通过所述芯片启动所述驱动部动作;
步骤200,所述驱动部带动所述螺钉运动,实现所述螺钉与所述螺母的啮合或分离,进而实现所述机壳的连接或分离。
可选地,所述的紧固方法,所述步骤100具体包括用户通过产品控制界面,输入正确密码,通过所述芯片启动所述驱动部动作。
可选地,所述驱动部为伺服电机。
可选地,所述驱动部与所述机壳一壳体的固定连接是粘接、螺钉连接或卡扣连接。
可选地,所述螺母与所述机壳另一壳体的固定连接是成型植入、热压或胶水连接。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
本发明所述装置及方法均采用隐形螺钉结构,可以实现内部链接锁附,外观不会看到任何结构;同时可以实现反复拆装而无需更换、报废任何零件;同时通过芯片启动驱动部能够防止非专业人士拆机,增加了安全性。

如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的一种隐形螺钉装置,本实施例以手机为例加以说明,所述隐形螺钉装置安装在机壳内,所述装置用于固定连接所述机壳1、4,所述装置包括驱动部2、螺钉3、螺母5及芯片(图中未绘出),所述驱动部2固定连接在所述机壳一壳体(1或4)中,所述驱动部2与所述螺钉3相连,所述螺母5固定连接在所述机壳另一壳体(4或1)中,并且所述螺母5与所述螺钉3相匹配,所述芯片(图中未绘出)控制所述驱动部2动作,所述驱动部2带动所述螺钉3相对所述螺母5运动,实现所述螺钉3与所述螺母5的啮合或分离。
具体地,所述螺钉3在所述驱动部2启动后,可以实现旋进或旋出的动作,且同时可以沿轴线方向做平动,当所述螺钉3与所述螺母5对位后实现啮合或分离,实现所述机壳的连接或分离。
本发明所述装置采用隐形螺钉3结构,可以实现内部链接锁附,外观不会看到任何结构;同时可以实现反复拆装而无需更换、报废任何零件;同时通过芯片启动驱动部2能够防止非专业人士拆机,增加了安全性。
可选地,本实施例中,所述驱动部2为伺服电机。当然,还可以选择其他电机。
可选地,本实施例中,所述机壳包括前壳1与后壳4,所述驱动部2固定连接在所述前壳1中,所述螺母5固定连接在所述后壳4中。
可选地,所述驱动部2与所述机壳一壳体的固定连接是粘接、螺钉3连接或卡扣连接。本实施例中,所述驱动部2与所述机壳一壳体的固定连接是粘接。

步骤100,通过所述芯片启动所述驱动部2动作;
步骤200,所述驱动部2带动所述螺钉3运动,实现所述螺钉3与所述螺母5的啮合或分离,进而实现所述机壳的连接或分离。

本发明所述方法引用所述装置的全部技术方案,故所述方法采用隐形螺钉结构,可以实现内部链接锁附,外观不会看到任何结构;同时可以实现反复拆装而无需更换、报废任何零件;同时用户可以指定密码等保密手段方式防止非专业人士拆机。本实施例中,内部链接锁附特指前壳1和后壳4这两个外观器件的连接固定,是通过其内部的结构实现的,并且有足够的强度。
可选地,本实施例中,所述步骤100具体包括用户通过产品控制界面,输入正确密码,通过所述芯片启动所述驱动部2动作。采用上述方法,用户可以通过指定密码等保密手段方式,防止非专业人士拆机,增加了产品的安全性。
可选地,本实施例中,所述驱动部2为伺服电机。当然,还可以选择其他电机。
可选地,本实施例中,所述机壳包括前壳1与后壳4,所述驱动部2固定连接在所述前壳1中,所述螺母5固定连接在所述后壳4中。

1.一种隐形螺钉装置,安装在机壳内,所述装置用于固定连接所述机壳,其特征在于,所述装置包括驱动部、螺钉、螺母及芯片,所述驱动部固定连接在所述机壳一壳体中,所述驱动部与所述螺钉相连,所述螺母固定连接在所述机壳另一壳体中,并且所述螺母与所述螺钉相匹配,所述芯片控制所述驱动部动作,所述驱动部带动所述螺钉相对所述螺母运动,实现所述螺钉与所述螺母的啮合或分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述驱动部为伺服电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述机壳包括前壳与后壳,所述驱动部固定连接在所述前壳中,所述螺母固定连接在所述后壳中。
