| Oct 20, 2025 | 7:50 PM UTC | Title We are investigating an issue impacting Google MDM for Windows Devices Description We are experiencing an issue impacting Google Identity and Google MDM beginning on Tuesday, 2025-10-14 10:23 PDT. Windows native settings app responsible for communicating with Google Identity and Google MDM is using Internet Explorer 11 which has been deprecated by Microsoft. Google Identity servers are failing to serve requests for IE11 which is impacting device enrollment. Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We will provide an update by Monday, 2025-10-20 15:00 PDT with current details.
