There is a lot to be admired about Germany boss Joachim Low.
His stylish dress sense, for example. He pulls off a scarf in any temperature. He rocks a cardigan as good as anyone.
The way he has the national team playing, too. The talent and spirit shown in the 2014 World Cup was in evidence in patches again this evening as the Germans kicked off their Euro 2016 campaign with a 2-0 victory over Ukraine.
But something else happened this evening. Something we cannot explain.
Low came in for some social media shellacking at the World Cup two years ago when cameras caught him apparently picking his nose.
But that could not prepare us for what we saw tonight. That was tame.
Low was caught, err, having a rummage, shall we say. A little clumsy in front of television cameras from across Europe, but forgivable.
However, he then sat in the dugout and appeared to place his hand (yes, that one) to his nose for reasons we can only speculate over.
To make it worse, he seemed to do something similar again later in the game.
Just stick to being really good at managing Germany, Joachim. Please.
