BBC weather map shows rude phallic-shaped snow cloud hovering over UK city in funny forecast

Viewers pointed out the funny gaffe as the graphic showed the shape above the city of Plymouth

A number of viewers were left blushing at the forecast

A BBC weatherman was left red-faced when a penis-shaped snow cloud appeared on his map.

The cloud formation covered the city of Plymouth last night as Matt Taylor presented the forecast during Children in Need .

And viewers were quick to point out its phallic shape, the Exeter Express and Echo reports.

The funny graphic is so big that it blocks out the city on the map of the South West – entirely replacing the name of the city with a large, rude image instead.

Twitter user DaveinNorwich was the first to spot the unintended phallic weather formation, posting a cheeky picture on the internet with the caption: "Matt needs to be careful where his hand is going! That's one interesting weather feature over Devon!"

The BBC broadcast the weather report with the naughty storm shortly before 7am, as areas surrounding Plymouth were hit by a flurry of snow, sleet and wintry weather.

However, others were left wondering just what it is about Plymouth and its attraction for rude weather – as this is not the first time the BBC has forecast a willy-shaped weather front hovering over Plymouth.

Tom Wiggins uploaded a vine to the internet back in August 2014 apparently showing a phallic-looking rain cloud, with an unfortunately-shaped weather graphic, over the city.
