Hull sex offender found with hundreds of indecent images and films of children

Alan Robinson, 61, of Estcourt Street, east Hull, received a 26-week prison sentence, suspended for two years, and must have up to 50 days rehabilitation, for three offences of making indecent photographs of children; including six films and one still image at Category A, the most serious, two films and one still image at Category B, and six films and 436 images at Category C. He was made subject to a sexual harm prevention order for five years, must register as a sex offender for seven years, and must pay £85 costs and a £115 surcharge.

Liam Lawson, 26, of Glencoe Street, west Hull, received an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, must have six months of treatment for drug dependency, up to 20 days rehabilitation, and pay £1,650 compensation, for assault by beating, destroying an iPhone belonging to the same victim, and fraud by false representation, by withdrawing money from cash machines without the consent of the account holder, intending to make a gain of £1,155.79. He must pay £85 costs and a £115 surcharge.

Anthony Crowder, 52, of Wymersley Road, west Hull, was fined £20, and must have up to 20 days rehabilitation, for putting a person in fear of violence by using threatening words or behaviour. He must pay £85 costs and an £85 surcharge.

Malcolm Johansen, 36, of Gorthorpe, Orchard Park, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assault by beating. He must pay a £20 surcharge.

Martyn Stephenson, 55, of Lee Street, east Hull, received a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, for assault by beating. He must pay £85 costs and a £115 surcharge.

Barry Swyer, 41, of Annandale Road, east Hull, must do 100 hours of unpaid work for two offences of assault by beating. He must pay £85 costs and an £85 surcharge.
