Horndiplomat-the ONLF commander Abdikarim Muse Qalbi Dhagah freed by Ethiopia. He was handed over to Ethiopia by the current Somali Govt in August last year in a move that stirred outcry. Traditional leader Fawzi Mohamed Ali tells Voa Somali that he was released 8am Thursday morning.
On August 2017, The Somalia government handed over former ONLF commander Abdikarim Sheikh Muse known as Qalbi Dhagax to Ethiopia, NISA chief Abdullahi Mohamed Sanbalooshe confirmed to the reporters.
NISA forces arrested Qalbi Dhagax in Galkayo and transferred to Mogadishu before handing over to Ethiopia.
