First it was ISIS - now Larkhall warns off killer clowns

A new sign has gone up next to the town's 'Welcome to Larkhall' sign.

The mystery sign-writers are at it again in Larkhall.

Just last night (Monday, October 10) a sign warning off killer clowns was erected underneath the 'Welcome to Larkhall' sign as you enter the town.

It reads: “Welcome to Larkhall. Bring on your killer clowns if you dare.”

The killer clown craze has been taking over Britain over the last weeks, after it originated in the US.

It sees people dressed up as clowns, and generally carrying a weapon such as a knife, hiding in enclosed spaces waiting to jump out and scare their victims.

However the town have made it clear with their sign that they’re having none of it.

This isn’t the first time a sign like this has appeared in Larkhall. On November 2015, residents added a sign that warned terrorist group ISIS they weren’t welcome.
