'I have psoriasis on my face!' Kim Kardashian reveals skin condition has worsened after traumatic Paris heist
Kim Kardashian has long battled with dry itchy patches of skin, caused by the chronic skin condition psoriasis.
And now the reality star has revealed that the autoimmune disease has worsened, a development that comes in the wake of a series of traumatic events in her personal life.
Tweeting to her fans following this week's return to social media, the 36-year-old revealed she has now developed the skin condition on her face.

'Wait why am I now getting psoriasis on my face?' wrote the mother-of-two, who previously had unsightly patches of scaly skin on her legs.

Kim was first diagnosed with autoimmune disease psoriasis in 2010 when she visited a dermatologist during an episode of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'.
Psoriasis can be worsened by environmental triggers such as stress - something which Kim has experienced plenty of in recent weeks.
In October she was robbed at gunpoint of $10million of jewelry in a terrifying heist in Paris.
Then, during a break from the limelight to recover from the ordeal, her husband Kanye West was hospitailised for nine days after suffering a a 'psychiatric emergency' caused by exhaustion.
Kim has always been open about her psoriasis, and has even stopped attempting to hide the disorder.

On her app last year she wrote: 'Everyone with psoriasis has different symptoms; sometimes the rashes are itchy, sometimes they're flaky. Mine flares up from time to time for different reasons.
'I'm always hoping for a cure, of course, but in the meantime, I'm learning to just accept it as part of who I am.'
'Sometimes I just feel like it's my big flaw and everyone knows about it, so why cover it?'
Kim manages the breakouts by sticking to a strict diet which reduces the risk of getting patches and she also applies cortisone cream to her itchy skin every night. If her psoriasis is particularly bad then she gets cortisone injections.
The reality TV megastar's mother Kris Jenner also suffers from the disease,having been diagnosed age 30, and was the one who first spotted Kim's rash.
'I thought it was just a rash caused by the fabric [of a dress], but then the rash was covering my legs and my mom was like, 'I think you have psoriasis!!!' She has it, too, and it's hereditary, so she spotted the symptoms immediately.'
