I like this resource, but the nettle picutred looks like it is actually a white dead nettle and not a true nettle.

Hi honey17,
Thanks for your fantastic suggestion! We'll add this to our bank of ideas and we'll be in touch if this resource is created! Have a lovely day :)
Hi there honey17,
Our lovely resource creation team have created this and emailed the new resource to you! It will also be available to download within 48 hours, and you can find it either as a new resource, or under 'Alternative versions' above. I hope you find it useful!
Would it be possible to also receive the flash card download? Other people have such great ideas. I feel guilty asking for so many of them. But thank you so much for taking such quality care of your customers.
Hi jdmans,
Thanks for taking the time to get in touch and for your kind words - I've asked our lovely design team to take a look and see if they can add this to the site for you and send you a copy. Please let me know if I can be of any further help. :)
Do you happen to have a plant sorting activity? We were hoping to go on a plant hunt (using this sheet you have created) and then come back in and sort different plants into different groups. Do you already have an activity that does this? (I can't seem to find one at the moment)
Hi sianhogan1,
Thank you so much for getting in touch! It's lovely to hear from you :) I can certainly look into this for you - when you want to sort them, could you let me know how? Decidious/ Evergreen etc? Then I can get onto it!
We will do scavenger hunt
This plants and flowers hunt checklist contains a single sheet which can be printed on A4 paper. On this sheet are 9 plants and flowers that EYFS children can search for in the spring and summer. Each of these features a colour photograph and the name printed in clear letters. Children can tick off each of these off as they spot them when out on a walk. There is also space for a tenth item on the list, which children can think of and draw in the empty box.
The nine plants and flowers that are included in the checklist are clover, nettle, daisy, ivy, primrose, dandelion, dog rose, brambles and pansies.
How many of each of these items will children find?
This resource is great to use for an outdoors activity in the spring that will connect children with the world around them.
