Lauren Goodger threatens legal action against business partner after claiming she has been duped
Towie star has asked customers of her Lauren's Way brand to get in touch on social media
LAUREN Goodger is threatening legal action against a business partner over her tanning brand.
The Towie star launched Lauren's Way four years ago and it is now stocked in a number of retailers around the country.
But on Saturday night, Lauren posted a lengthy rant on Instagram, accusing her business partner of deceitful behaviour.
She wrote: "I don't want to air dirty laundry but I had a company set up years ago with my business partner, and believed I was 50/50 in this business.
"After years of no getting a penny and being logged out the social platforms for my own brand LAURENS WAY it has now come to me asking for your help."
The 30-year-old then asked businesses which stock her brand to get in touch with her so she could get a grasp on how many units have been sold, after reportedly being told "it has not sold anything for years".
She continued: "I am now seeking legal help and need people to contact me."
In a subsequent post, she also asked for any invoices and their payment method.
Lauren's alleged business woes with the unnamed business partner are in stark contrast to the brand's earlier success, when Lauren landed a nomination at the 2015 Guild Awards Nominee & Beauty Shortlist Awards.
She was also able to expand the business from its original fake tan and mousses to false eyelashes and lip glosses which could plump the users pouts.
Lauren's latest drama comes after she has been forced to defend her relationship with jailbird boyfriend Joey Morrison.
Speaking on Loose Women last week, she said: "I was at friends when he rang the house and we were chatting because I realised I hadn't seen him around in ages and was wondering how he was doing.
