Gareth Bale ‘does not speak’ in the dressing room and hasn’t learned Spanish, reveals Real Madrid team-mate Marcelo amid growing unrest

REAL MADRID star Marcelo has revealed Gareth Bale hardly speaks in the dressing room because he is still yet to learn Spanish.
It was recently reported that the former Tottenham ace's personality "doesn't fit well" at Los Blancos, with the player accused of being too much of an introvert.
The 29-year-old moved to the Bernabeu in 2013, and brought up 100 goals for Real in their 3-1 win against rivals Atletico Madrid at the weekend.
Dubbed as "Mr Glass" in the press due to his many injuries, the Welsh winger has been criticised by fans this season despite chipping in with 12 goals in all competitions.
Supporters branded him as "useless" after he missed a late chance to beat Barcelona at the Nou Camp last week, with many calling for him to be sold.
And speaking to Marca, Brazilian left-back Marcelo suggested his problems could be due to the fact he cannot communicate with his team-mates.
He said: "I had a very good relationship with Cristiano [Ronaldo], his family and his girlfriend. I played nine years with him and it's normal to be sad.
"[I was also sad] with [the departure of] Kiko Casilla, who was sitting next to me [in the dressing room].
"Every day I was saying, 'How are you Kiko, how are you doing?' and now I have no one next to me.
"On the other side I have Bale, but Bale does not speak [Spanish] as he only speaks English and we talk with gestures and I say, 'Hi, hello and good wine.'"

Bale recently spoke of his fury at not starting in the Champions League final against Liverpool last year, as he netted twice off the bench to win his fourth title.
He said: "I was really frustrated not to start.
"I’d played pretty well since coming back from the last little niggle I’d had in December.
"I scored five goals in my last four league games of the season and felt like I deserved to be involved from the start.
"I was desperate to get on to that pitch. When I ran on I was still a bit angry, and that’s probably why I did what I did next."
