In a startling revelation, the numbers show Mauricio Pochettino's Spurs cost £236million to put together.
However, their ACTUAL value is a massive £689m, meaning their differential is a whopping £456m - the second best in the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1 combined.
Only Barcelona can boast a better total on £506m, in no small part down to the fact stars such as Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta are youth products.
Of course, the same could be argued for Tottenham with players such as Harry Kane working their way through the White Hart Lane to buffer the difference somewhat.
But what of the rest of the Premier League?
At first glance it would appear to be all-around good news, with Leicester, Arsenal, Liverpool and Southampton all in the top ten alongside Spurs - meaning HALF of the top spots are filled by English teams.
Leicester rank fourth - sandwiched between Atletico and Real Madrid - with a difference of £305m, Arsenal sixth on £240m, Liverpool seventh on £204m and Southampton ninth on £191m.
Outside of the top ten, Premier League champions Chelsea come in 12th, West Ham 23rd, Watford 26th and even Sunderland, Bournemouth, Swansea, Everton and Manchester City make the top 50.
However, it's not all good news for the Premier League... In fact some teams are even in the NEGATIVE.
One team to grab the eye is Manchester United, who - mostly thanks to their outrageous summer spending spree, including the £89m purchase of Paul Pogba - rank 95th out of 98 on -£15m... Some £704m behind Spurs.
Fellow European big-spenders Paris Saint-Germain are the team in dead last on -£32m, with Hull City the only other English team in the red.
