AN EX-Premier League star has launched a new career — as a builder.
Swansea City star Leon Britton, 35, tweeted a picture of himself, complete with hi-vis jacket and hard hat, at the wheel of a dumper truck.
He said: “Really enjoyed my first day on site. Great bunch of lads with loads of banter.
“Looking forward to getting stuck in again tomorrow.”
The midfielder played more than 400 games for Swansea, helping them win the League Cup at Wembley in 2013.
He was twice the club’s player of the year.
