The show was held at Westminster Abbey itself, which was a first for the famous landmark.
Conway paired the patriotic coat with what appeared to be a Louis Vuitton Alma handbag in red, textured “Epi Leather,” which can cost around $2,000 (£1,615), depending on the size.
First Lady Melania Trump channelled Jackie Kennedy in a powder blue Ralph Lauren dress and matching gloves.

After dazzling in a glittering gold gown at last night’s black tie dinner, she donned a chic, high-necked powder blue dress for husband Donald’s inauguration today.
Fashion-watchers wondered who would dress the 46-year-old mum-of-one for the prestigious event, with many top designers reportedly refusing to offer her garments.
Ralph Lauren is the designer behind the elegant tailored ensemble, which Melania paired with her signature pin-thin heels and leather baby blue gloves.

The pair had clearly decided to leave their three children, Arabella, Joseph and Theodore, with their nanny as they attended the prestigious event alone.
Meanwhile, Tiffany – Trump’s only child with Marla Maples - was joined by her Democrat boyfriend Ross Mechanic.

Following her older sibling’s lead, the 23-year-old stood out from the crowd in a bright white, double-breasted coat.
Tiffany braved the January chill and ditched her tights, accessorising the bold look with suede green ankle boots, a pearl necklace and gloves.
Ivanka and Tiffany’s brother Donald Jr. and his wife Vanessa attended the day’s proceedings with their two oldest children, Kai and Donald Trump III.
