Celtic ‘linked with move’ for Ecuador U-20 star Sergio Quintero
CELTIC have been linked with a swoop for Sergio Quintero, according to reports.
Ecuadorian media outlet El Diario claim the Hoops are one of three clubs looking to sign the Under-20 international.
Quintero, who operates in midfield, was on target as Ecuador defeated Uruguay in the U-20s World Cup.
His goal helped his side qualify for the last eight of the competition where they face USA.
The 20-year-old is currently on the books at Imbabura in his homeland.
It’s believed National and Emelec have also made contact.
