Coventry are on course to continue their ground-share with Birmingham next season.

The League One champions unveiled plans for a new environmentally friendly stadium at the University of Warwick.

It follows the refusal of Wasps to allowed shared ownership of the Ricoh Arena, which the rugby club control.

The two clubs remain locked in talks to potentially allow the Sky Blues to return as tenants next season.

But Coventry have a contractual option to continue playing at St Andrews next term after spending this season at Brum's home.

Both clubs are understood to be happy to continue the arrangement if there is no breakthrough over the Ricoh.

It would suit Mark Robins' promoted side better as they like to pass out from the back and the rugby pitch is not conducive to their style.
