Piers Morgan and Little Mix have reignited their feud and it doesn't sound pretty.

The TV host and hugely successful Brit girlband first squabbled back in 2018 when Piers and the Woman Like Me singers of using their sexuality to sell their new album.

Both sides then entered a back and forth war of words but things had been quiet up until now.

Little Mix , who shot to fame after becoming the first group to win The X Factor in 2011, kicked things off by projecting clips of the Good Morning Britain star ranting about them on the ITV show as they opened their world tour in Madrid.

The clip from the concert circulation on social media then shows Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Ann Pinnock launching into their song Wasabi which includes the lines: "Love to hate me, crazy, shady" and "all the ugly things you say, come and say 'em to my face."

But not letting this pass, Piers hit Twitter to have his say.

Sharing the video, the 56-year-old tweeted: "Fabulous! No surprise that @LittleMix are using me to make their tour a success. Thanks ladies."

He also said: "They've literally made me centre stage at their concerts... without my permission, incidentally, so they'll be getting a large invoice."

Little Mix were then quick to fire back at their "number 1 fan".

The girl group tweeted: "Someone's telling porkie pieeees. your bosses at GMB signed it off, including you...soz hun.

"Piers you gorgey hun, we know you've always been our number 1 fan. we've got a ticket at the box office with your name on it," ending with the hashtag '#comeandsayittomyface'

And it didn't stop there as Piers then used his presenting duties on Wednesday's GMB to continue his rant - calling them out for 'trolling' and 'using him for ticket sales'.

The 56-year-old said: "I had this little battle with them and they called me all sorts of names when they weren't talking about why people should stop trolling each other on the internet when they are trolling me.

"This week Little Mix launched their new concert tour and guess who they have used to boost attention and ticket sales... they have decided to use me."

Referring to their online comment, Piers continued: "I don't need to come and say it to your faces.

"You have literally put me on a huge video screen.

"They did call me lots of rude words on the radio while saying we should stop trolling each other."

He then added: "I put them into that category of people where they want to say one thing and they behave in another way completely."

It comes less than a week after Jesy fronted a documentary on online trolling which received rave reviews from fans and celebrity followers.

The heartbreaking BBC documentary Odd One Out saw the 27-year-old discuss the vile abuse she received which led her into a deep depression and an attempt to take her own life.
