After Claude Puel was sacked as Leicester City manager on Sunday, few expected things to move to quickly.
Brendan Rodgers has now been confirmed as the club's new boss.
Rodgers takes over at the King Power Stadium following the sacking of Puel on Sunday morning after the 4-1 defeat to Crystal Palace on Saturday.
The 46-year-old joins from Scottish Premiership champions Celtic, and has agreed a three-and-a-half year deal until June 2022.
So, how will Rodgers get on at the King Power? And, how will he use the club's young talent?
We used Football Manager 2019 to help find out.

We used Football Manager 2019 to find out how Rodgers will do next season, in what is set to be his first full season at the club.
To do this, we simulated the current season, swapping Adrien Silva out for Youri Tielemans, the sole transfer made in January, and thankfully, City did not get relegated. Cardiff, Fulham and Watford went down, with Aston Villa, Middlesbrough and Leeds promoted.

So let's have a look at how Rodgers got on in 2019/20, and remember, this simulation is purely hypothetical...
Transfers
Rodgers was certainly busy in the summer of 2019, as he brought in more players to fit with his technical style of play.
Talented young midfielder Sander Berge was his biggest purchase at £20 million from Genk. He also splashed the cash on Matteo Darmian from Manchester United (£14.75m), promising full-back Toni Lato from Valencia (£7.5m) and Fabian Johnson from Borussia Mochengladbach (£3.2m).
However, it was the loan signings that really caught the eye.
Manchester United midfielder Fred, Barcelona wonderkid Carles Alena and Liverpool winger Xherdan Shaqiri all signed on loan until the end of the season.
The likes of Marc Albrighton, Nampalys Mendy, Andy King, Rachid Ghezzal, Shinji Okazaki, Danny Simpson and Bartosz Kapustka were all shipped out.
The squad
On paper this squad is very, very strong indeed.

It's brimming full of young talents, with just five players from the squad of 24 aged 30 years of age or older.
Harry Maguire, Ricardo Pereira, Wilfried Ndidi and James Maddison are the club's most valuable talents, all worth around £30m or above.
Key performers
For all the young talent in the squad, a now 33-year-old Jamie Vardy was still the player Rodgers relied on to score the goals, netting 17 goals in 35 Premier League games.
Forgotten man Islam Slimani also played a part, after coming back from his loan spell, contributing 10 goals in 22 league appearances.
Other than those two, the goals were mainly shared around the midfielders, with Shaqiri, Barnes, Maddison and Tielemans all scoring more than five goals each.
Best XI
This was the formation and starting eleven that Rodgers used most often in the 2019/20 season, with Vardy starting up top, Barnes, Maddison and Shaqiri behind him. That's quite the front four.
Fred and Ndidi played centrally, with a familiar back four of Ben Chilwell, Jonny Evans, Maguire and Pereira, with Kasper Schmeichel in goal.
That is a very strong first eleven indeed, with the likes of Tielemans, Berge, Benkovic, Alena, Johnson and Slimani all on the bench, it's also got strength in depth.
Final position
Rodgers' Leicester eventually finished 8th in the 2019/20 Premier League, with 56 points, as Brighton just pipped them to a place in the Europa League.
All in all, it was a pretty good season and would certainly give them a platform to push on the following season.
