ENG vs AUS live: England under pressure

England take on Australia in one of the most anticipated matches of ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 on Tuesday at Lord's in London.

The hosts are heading into the match on the back of a 20-run shock defeat to Sri Lanka on Friday. Eoin Morgan's men were billed as the hot pre-tournament favourites and they had started the tournament on a high crushing South Africa by 104 runs.

However, England bottled under pressure in their 2nd World Cup 2019 match against Pakistan, chasing a 349-run target. Nonetheless, England got their campaign back on track, crushing Bangladesh, West Indies and Afghanistan on the trot.

The biggest upset of the tournament came on Friday when England lost the plot while chasing a below-par total of 233 against Sri Lanka. Morgan's men were bowled out for 212 after a Lasith Malinga special in Leeds.

England are under considerable pressure ahead of their Tuesday's fixture against arch-rivals Australia who are getting better with every match at World Cup 2019.

Australia faced their only defeat to India but have comfortably overcome Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka since. In a bid to put more pressure on their rivals England, Australia will be geared up to give their best at the Home of Cricket on Tuesday.
