I'm A Celebrity 2017 line-up: Boris Johnson's dad Stanley CONFIRMED as he lands in Oz

I'M A CELEBRITY is almost here and Boris Johnson's father Stanley Johnson looks to have been confirmed to join the line-up.

ITV tease brand new 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here' series

Stanley Johnson, 77, was pictured touching down at Brisbane airport earlier this morning, just days before the ITV series returns. He has fuelled rumours that he will join the contestants of I'm A Celebrity as he smiled for photographers.

The former Conservative MEP was dressed casually in a beige jacket and a blue checked shirt, appearing cheerful as he prepared to head into the jungle.

An ardent Remainer, Stanley is a father-of-six, including Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson, 53, Jo Johnson MP for Orpington and Rachel Johnson journalist and author.

He was a Conservative MEP for Wight & Hampshire East from 1979 to 1984 and is a former employee of the World Bank and the European Commission.

He is co-chairman of Environmentalists for Europe (E4E),[2][3] a collection of pro-EU environmentalists campaigning for the UK to remain a member of the EU.

Stanley will join the growing line-up of stars appearing to confirm their part in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! as they continue to descend on Australia.

Yesterday, boxer Amir Khan, 30, made a shock arrival down under, after recently reuniting with his pregnant wife Faryal Makhdoom, 26, after their very public split.

Celebrity Big Brother star Sam Thompson, 25, accidentally leaked one member of the I'm A Celeb line-up when he tweeted that his Made In Chelsea co-star Georgia Toffolo, 23, will be taking on the challenge.

Georgia was also seen landing in Australia.

Ant and Dec arrived in Brisbane yesterday. The pair laughed and joked as they shared a cab to the their hotel before heading to the jungle next week.
