Former Liverpool youngster Seb Thompson is joining Derby County.
It is understood Thompson is one of the new Academy scholars at the club for 2019-20, with the Rams expected to announce the full list shortly.
Thompson, who has also represented England at under-16 level, attracted interest from Real Madrid, Manchester United, Chelsea, Manchester City and Arsenal before his move to Liverpool in 2015, according to the Worcester News.
Thompson tweeted that he was “ready to make his mark” with the Rams.
“After my tough decision to leave Liverpool last year, I am happy to finally announce that I have signed for Derby County FC,” he said.
“The time has come for a new chapter with a new objective and I can’t wait for the time ahead with this great club.
“I am ready to make my mark!”
