And it is said that Inter are set to table a cash offer plus Portuguese ace Mario to land Dembele.
Mario enjoyed a short-term loan at Tottenham’s London rivals West Ham in the second half the season.
He recently confirmed that he has now intentions to return to Italy this summer and is keen to stay in the Premier League.
And he could be heading to Spurs’ new stadium in north London if Inter can convince Mauricio Pochettino and co into a swap.
Dembele has spent six successful seasons with Tottenham , playing over 230 times for the club after his £15m move from Fulham.
