If you've ever wondered if Jason Cummings has changed since leaving Scottish football then here's your answer.
The former Hibs and Rangers striker's antics regularly found their way on to social media and earned a reputation as one of the game's more colourful characters.
His loan spell at Ibrox last season didn't work out and he's since been loaned to Peterborough United by parent club Nottingham Forest.
He's made 22 appearances for the English League One side, scoring six goals.
The Scotland international took to Instagram as he documented his Sunday morning run - surely a mundane affair for most people but not for Cummings.
Complete with caption "speeding fine with my pace", Cummings dashes past a speed camera and mimics the sound of the trap going off.
"Three points!", he exclaims as he passes by.
